One thing I like about my experience with this company is the fact that the first contact made was by a human, not a... prerecorded call by a computer or what ever they use.I have had so many calls that was recorded telling me the "This Call Is Bing RECORDED For Quality Assurance And Training Purposes" asking how I was doing with a pause long enough to answer their question and then, assuming the reply was "Good" or "NOT GOOD" the computer continues to ask questions, most times no reference to who the call is from! I can't stand being talked to by some damn computer! I understand saving money but when computers put humans out of work do companies pass that savings on to there customers, I highly doubt it!!! That was the biggest reason I went with this company this world has become way to automated!!!!!!Also, I was impressed with the patience the person had with my inability navigate the smart phone to operate on the internet in making a insurance policy for an automobile it took me a while to get through it but they hung in there and talked me through it politely! I was at work on lunch and when I asked if they could call me at 5:30 the same man called me as i asked so i could finish the on line automotive insurance policy!!!I dont remember the man's name and I'm sorry for that but he was very understanding, THANK YOU!Recently I acquired a motorcycle to ease the cost of gas and got insurance for it through Sumner Insurance Services!I would recommend Sumner Insurance to anyone. I just hope "God Forbid" filing a claim is as easy.read more

I got charged a 111.37 from this company that I did NOT authorize, the Person who is insured by them I use to know... closely but no longer have contact with them, when I informed them of the situation they said they can’t refund me till the INSURED got into contact with them?!?! The brokers told me i should get the insurance before i acquired the vehicle but that their 200$ broker fee could be... refunded if the vehicle acquisition fell through. Now that push comes to shove and it fell through, the brokers refuse to refund ANY of their 200$ fee. Despite me only having paid it due to their sleezy and misleading/lying sales techniques.
